Return Policy
At Pet Nutrition Center, we want you and your pets to be happy with your purchase! Please review our return policy below before making a return.

Return Window
All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving your order or after in store purchase.

Eligible Returns
The following items can be returned if no more than 25% of the product has been used:

• Shampoo
• Supplements
• Bagged food
• Bagged treats

Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Bowls, beds, toys, grooming tools, collars, leashes, and harnesses
• Topical flea medication and flea collars
• Individual treats and opened cans
• Cat litter
• Seasonal items and clearance items

Return Eligibility
We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges that are deemed excessive at our discretion.
